Rebecca has been a registered nurse for more than twenty years and has enjoyed a background in paediatrics, general medicine and practice nursing. Born and raised in Ballina, she spent time living and working around NSW after graduating from the University of Sydney with her Bachelor of Nursing and Master of Teaching degrees, before settling with her family back in the Northern Rivers. Postgraduate studies in paediatric nursing, primary care nursing and public health led her into primary health and practice nursing, igniting a passion for health promotion, illness prevention and working with patients and families towards healthy living across the lifespan. She has particular interests in skin health, wound healing and healthy ageing.
On days off, Rebecca likes a bike ride, picnics and paddle boarding with her family.
