Skin cancer is seen as Australia’s national cancer, with 2 out of 3 people diagnosed with it by the age of 70 years. For this reason it is important to have a doctor looking after you who is highly trained in the diagnosis and management of skin cancer.

Summerland Skin Cancer Clinic aims to provide timely and affordable access to high quality, professional skin cancer assessment, diagnosis and management for our rural and coastal community. We provide full skin checks and spot checks, together with a comprehensive range of skin cancer treatment options, including both surgical and non-surgical methods. Referrals to see Dr Tristan Hicks are not necessary. Dr Hicks has personally managed hundreds of melanomas and thousands of non-melanoma skin cancers. He is well supported by a team of friendly, compassionate nursing and administrative staff, dedicated to ensuring that every patient receives the best care.

Summerland Skin Cancer Clinic is centrally located in East Lismore in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, and services the people of Lismore, Casino, Kyogle, Alstonville, Ballina, Byron Bay, Evans Head and surrounding areas.
